Tension Tool Recall Notice
Industry-wide recall notice has been announced.
Please check your HPC Pick Sets immediately. Some TR-24 Medium Tension, Tension Tools were bent in the wrong direction. The TOP of this tension tool was designed to be bent to the LEFT and the BOTTOM was designed to be bent to the RIGHT. A small percentage of these tension tools were bent in the wrong direction. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced in the field due to this error.

This error was brought to our attention by some Locksmiths who claim that they can only pick locks in the "wrong" direction.
What to do next:
1) Turn the Tension Tool around and it should work fine.
2) or contact Hudson Lock at 800-434-8960 so that one of our Customer Service Team can say "April Fools!"

How NOT to get the job!
Reaching the end of a job interview, I ask this young Locksmith-Wanna-Be, "And what starting salary are you looking for?" The boy replies, "In the region of $125,000 a year, depending on the benefits package." In which I replied, "Well, what would you say to a package of five weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays, full medical and dental, company matching retirement fund to 50% of salary, and a company car leased every two years, say, a red Corvette?" The boy sits up straight and says, "Wow! Are you kidding?" I reply, "Yeah, but you started it."
What a workout!
Instead of "the John," I call my toilet "the Jim." That way it sounds better when I say I go to the "Jim" first thing every morning.
